Make your business make sense to AI.
Make your business make sense to AI.
A clear first operation, current context, named ownership, and approval boundaries let AI support real work without creating more supervision.
This is a quick fit check, not a technical audit or a promise that AI is the answer.

NordSym AB, organisation number 559535-5768, is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at contact@nordsym.com for privacy questions or requests.
When you contact NordSym, book a conversation, request a readiness plan, or begin an agent brief, we process the contact details and business information you choose to provide, together with the operational choices needed to handle that request.
We use this information to respond to your request, assess whether an engagement fits, prepare or deliver agreed work, and meet legal obligations. Depending on the request, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before an agreement, fulfilling an agreement, complying with a legal obligation, or NordSym’s legitimate interest in running and protecting its business.
We use carefully selected providers to host the site, arrange bookings, send requested email and process payments. They process information only to provide those services. If a provider processes personal data outside the EU or EEA, NordSym uses the transfer safeguards required for that service. Ask us for current provider details.
We keep information only as long as needed to respond to your request, deliver or document agreed work, meet legal recordkeeping duties, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. We then delete or anonymise it.
We use PostHog EU in cookieless mode for explicit, anonymous journey events. We do not use session replay, persistent browser identity, or send names, email addresses, company names, notes, or document content to analytics.
Systems are connected only when an authorised owner approves the connection. Client information is handled inside the agreed client boundary and is not used to train NordSym-owned models.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object where applicable. . You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
The one-time USD 500 payment begins a focused mapping engagement for the systems, workflows, knowledge, decisions and approvals around the business area you choose. It is not a subscription and does not by itself grant access to any system, agent, or private workspace.
The USD 500 payment is non-refundable, non-transferable, and never expires. It is credited to the first implementation invoice of a later NordSym engagement that NordSym and you agree.
Any later engagement has its own agreed scope, access, approvals, fees, and cancellation terms. The mapping engagement does not oblige either party to enter a later engagement.
You must be authorised to provide information, connect systems, and approve work in your business. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for reviewing work at the agreed approval boundary.

NordSym makes the relevant part of your business understandable to AI, then builds and operates what it needs to pull its weight. That can mean connecting systems, giving AI the right context, setting approval boundaries, and keeping the capability useful as the business changes.
We start with the specific part of the business that deserves to move first. We map its systems, knowledge, decisions and approval boundaries, so the next build has a real job and a clear owner.
The map gives us a clear basis for the next decision. From there, we agree the scope, access, approvals and fees for the capability NordSym builds and operates.
No. NordSym works alongside your team in the systems you already use. New access, external actions or tool changes happen only with an authorised owner’s approval.
Your team sets the approval boundary. NordSym does not add access, take external action or make decisions outside that boundary without an authorised owner agreeing.
It is a free route for teams that need to clarify where to begin. It checks whether there is a clear starting point, current context, named ownership and sensible approval boundaries.

About NordSym
NordSym works alongside the team inside the systems the business already uses.
Most teams have access to capable AI, but the recurring work still depends on people remembering context, checking several systems, and pushing each other through handoffs. We begin with one operation that should move.
We work with the team’s existing systems, current context, and approval boundaries. An agent may help carry the work, but it is a mechanism inside an agreed operating approach. The stack and business decisions remain yours.
